J.Chester Residence - Tempe, Arizona

The Chester residence is a remodel of an existing home in Tempe, Arizona. The client aksed to remove the roof of the existing home and open the interior as much as possible. A triple peaked roof form allowed for large spans across the interior. A large living room, kitchen and dining room are defined in the open space. The North wall is done in post and beam heavy timer framing glass doors. A large steel beam rests on concrete columns forming the North patio roof.
