BIGHORN HEALTH SPA

The Bighorn Spa and Salon is located in Palm Desert, California. The buidling is designed to use roof elements as shields to hide mechanical equipment from view. These forms mimic the angles of the surrounding mountains creating a visual pattern. The lobby is framed in granite monoliths to define the formal entrance. A small courtyard provides soaking tubs and a quiet water feature that presents flame across the water's surface each evening. Locker rooms are on each side of the courtyard. Luxurious finishes and the finest service levels define the operation of the club.
