Roosevelt Row Apartments

Roosevelt Row Apartments, an entire city block at the North East corner of 3rd Street and Roosevelt in Phoenix, Arizona. This project presents a wood frame apartment complex on top of a parking garage. The street level is ringed with retail and restaurant lease spaces integrated with the urban fabric of downtown Phoenix. Apartment units look out to the city or inward to courtyard complete with resort pool and fitness center.
