The Standard Apartments sit across from the historic Scottsdale Valley Ho Hotel. The project rings an upscale courtyard containing a resort style pool, fitness center, roof terrace and garden patio spaces. The design is eclectic, retro colors and patterns speaking to the early days of Scottsdale. Modern simplicity blends upscale residential units into the walkable life of Old Town Scottsdale. A parking garage is concealed below the structure for ease of living considerations.
