CROSSPOINT OFFICE BUILDING

Crosspoint Office Building Remodel - Phoenix, Arizona

The Crosspoint Office Building is a part of the redevlopment of the American World Bank in Phoenix, Arizona. The building is an existing brick office building dating to the earlry 1980s. This project involved updating the exterior of the building, remodeling the interior office space and creating a new entry / lobby experience for visitors. The monumental stair is completely new within a new lobby enclosure. The interior was updated with monumental, ceramic tiles, white marble slabs, minimalist ceilings and fine detailing.

The exterior approach was updated with a new entry drive and drop off on the East side of the building. A steel frame suspends a flat form roof leading to the main entrance. The new roof form provides needed shade from the harsh Phoenix sun. Extensive site work and underground civil engineering were required to complete the project.
