A new Retail Shops Building on the North entrance drive of the Phoenix Cardinals Stadium complex outside Phoenix, Arizona. The Architecture of the building is designed as a speculative endevour as tenants often change. The interior is a single volume twelve feet clear below the structure and extending from one end of the building to the other. Interior walls are built and moved to adjust tenant lease space sizes as needed. Service areas in the rear are shielded by concrete block screens and living walls. The project includes lighted towers that assist in identifying the complex entry to passing vehicles..
