FISHERS DISTRICT

FIsher's DIstrict is a retail / entertainment development located outside Indianapolis, Indiana. The project was completed in phases. The conceptual design and design development completed in Phoenix. Final Architectural drawings and construction were completed by a national Architectural / Engineering firm in the midwest.

The project is planned as series of smaller shop and pad buildings clustered to create nodes of activity. Multiple rrestaurants are brought together around green spaces. The ground level of a multi-family project is used as additional retail space. Highway access is preserved, while the buildings are designed to create a unique Architectural atmosphere.
