INDUSTRIAL PV303

Industrial Manufacturing Facility - Goodyear, Arizona

This project is a selected example of Industrial building design. The Boeing Facility is a large scale, industrial manufacturing facility outside Phoenix, Arizona. The building is constructed of tilt-up concrete walls and open web steel trusses. The roofs of these buildings are typically fifty feet off the interior floor. Structural Steel column bays are spaced for maximum efficiency. Exterior decoration is cast into the surface of the wall panels prior to erection. Parking areas surrounding the facility are designed for tractor trailer movement, loading and un-loading productivity. Often, these facilities will measure to five hundred thousand square feet or more. This specific project was fast tracked from conceptual to completion.
