MOUNTAIN VISTA MARKETPLACE

Mountain Vista Marketplace is a regional shopping center serving the East Valley in Mesa, Arizona. The anchor is a Sprouts grocery store flanked by retail shops. A parking field is located in front of the buildings with circulation oriented perpendicularly to the main structure. Fire and service access are achieved with a rear service drive and front access drives. Several pads are located near intersections for street visibility.

The buildings are Architectural concrete block. Textured, colored block patterns are used on the facades for aesthetics while regular grey, concrete block is utlized in the rear for economy. Wood accent walls and specialty detailing along the parapets are used to create design character while minimizing overal project cost.
